Bridging The Gap Between Resources And Need. PGI Connects Hearts In The US With Hands around the world To Foster Sustainable Development.
We focus on sustainable development through three integrated pillars designed
to create lasting, generational change in the regions we serve.
To provide sustainable solutions for education, community empowerment, youth development, and health outreach in under-served regions.
A world where every youth has access to opportunity, families are healthy, and communities are self-reliant and thriving.
Founded on the belief that meaningful change requires active participation, Prime Global Initiatives began as a bridge between the Nigerian diaspora in the US and local communities back home.
What started as a small outreach initiative for medical supplies has grown into a trans-continental organization. Today, we foster deep community ties, focusing not just on aid, but on building the infrastructure for long-term growth and resilience.
We operate from within the communities we serve, not from a distance. Our teams are deeply embedded across African contexts, giving us lived insight into cultural realities, systemic gaps, and on-the-ground healthcare challenges.
Equity shapes every decision we make. We intentionally center underserved and marginalized populations, ensuring fairness, access, and inclusion are built into how programs are designed, implemented, and sustained.
Our solutions are informed by local realities and strengthened by innovation. By combining community knowledge with technology, data, and adaptive strategies, we develop approaches that are scalable, flexible, and responsive to real needs.
Our work is guided by experienced leaders with a proven record in global health, research, policy, and community engagement. This leadership provides strategic direction, credibility, and the ability to translate vision into measurable impact.
Lasting change requires strong partnerships. We build and nurture networks that connect communities, institutions, practitioners, and policymakers, enabling shared learning, coordinated action, and collective impact.
We ground our work in research, data, and continuous evaluation. Programs are designed, tested, and refined using evidence and measurable outcomes, ensuring accountability, effectiveness, and long-term relevance.
Our dedicated Board of Trustees and Executive Team leading the charge towards a better future.
